Many hot springs are present there with the symbol of a fountain whose temperature rises to 64 degrees.
There are also two historic hotels in Dax, each strongly representative of its time with the Splendid, built in 1929 in an art-deco style and typical of the "Roaring Twenties" and the Saint-Martin d'Agès hotel, older and classic residence which hosted celebrities of its time such as Anne of Austria.
The latter dates from 1615 and has been classified as a historical monument since 1983.
